This custom jeans bulk order includes:
Premium denim fabric*
Samples of 2 men's jeans custom made to your designs and specifications
2 patterns
Sample approval process (we mail you 2 samples for your review)
Choice of up to 3 washes
Light deconstruction included in the price
Quantities can be split with deconstruction/no deconstruction
Woven main label with your brand
Real leather back patch with your logo or brand
Generic buttons and rivets in the finish of your choice
Ocean delivery to the nearest port with duty paid
 
*Both styles must use the same fabric. This means that if the fabric is indigo, both styles will be indigo with 3 different washes (like stonewash, acid wash and dark rinse for example). If the fabric is black, the pants will all be black or gray depending on the washes chosen. If the fabric is PFD twill, you may choose up to 3 colors (like red, green and yellow for example). 
 
Lead times:
We will ship the samples via DHL 4 to 5 weeks after we receive the complete design details. 
After the sample is approved, bulk production of 1200 pieces will take 4 to 6 weeks.
Shipping is by boat and takes 30 days + 1 week for custom clearance. 
 
Total cost for 1,200 pairs of men's jeans $26,400. The price shown is a deposit to secure the order. An additional $6000 is due after the sample is approved to start production. The balance $14,400 is payable 10 days before shipping. Additional costs may apply depending on the complexity of your designs, the washes you choose and other factors. Any extra costs will be quoted once we know exactly what you want to make and before we start on the samples. 
 
Final price may vary based on each specific design, wash and embellishments. There is a surcharge for plus size and jeans for tall men or women. 
For designs that require special hardware (buckles, special zippers or zipper pulls...) we will do our best to source locally. If we are unable to find the items, you may be required to provide those special items for the samples and production.
